Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tutoring services provided by BrightBridge Tutoring. By enrolling your child in a class, you agree to these terms.

Fees and payment

Lessons cost A$30 per student per 60-minute lesson.
Lessons are paid in advance in blocks of four lessons, for a total of A$120.
Payment is made by PayID or bank transfer. Details are provided privately after a class is confirmed. Payment details are not displayed publicly.
A student's place in a class is confirmed only once payment is received.
There is no automatic recurring payment. After each four-lesson block, the parent chooses whether to purchase another block.

Classes contain 3–6 students.
Classes may require a minimum of 3 students to run.
Lessons are conducted online through Google Meet.
Class times and tutors may occasionally change. We will notify parents of any timetable changes in advance where possible.
Where reasonably necessary, a substitute tutor may be provided.

Because each student's place is reserved in a small group class, missed lessons are normally non-refundable and non-creditable if a student is unable to attend.
Where at least 12 hours' notice is provided, BrightBridge may, at its discretion, offer the student a place in another suitable class if space is available.
If BrightBridge cancels a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled, or the parent will receive a credit or refund.
Once a four-lesson block has commenced, unused lessons are normally non-refundable if a student voluntarily withdraws, because the student's place has been reserved in the small group.

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors and other students during lessons.
BrightBridge may remove a student from a class for serious or repeated misconduct.
Students must not record or redistribute lessons without permission.

Learning materials provided to students are for the student's personal educational use only and must not be redistributed.

BrightBridge does not guarantee particular grades or examination results.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights a customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.
