How much does it cost?
A$30 per 60-minute lesson. New students can start with one lesson for A$30. If you continue after your first lesson, future lessons are paid in blocks of four (A$120).
Do you offer a trial lesson?
Yes. New students can attend one A$30 first lesson before deciding whether to continue with a four-lesson block. A suitable group must be available before the lesson can be confirmed.
Where are lessons held?
Online through Google Meet.
Do you partner with local businesses?
Yes. Our affiliate program offers participating businesses 5% of the lesson fees paid by each student they refer, for as long as that student continues taking paid lessons with BrightBridge.
Families can select “Business / company referral” and enter your business name on our enquiry form. To become a partner, contact us. View affiliate details.
What if a suitable group isn't available yet?
We will contact you once we can form a suitable group.
What happens if my child misses a lesson?
Because each student's place is reserved in a small group class, missed lessons are normally non-refundable and cannot be credited if a student is unable to attend.
If BrightBridge cancels a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or the parent will receive a credit/refund.
Where possible, and at our discretion, we may allow a student to attend another suitable class if at least 12 hours' notice is provided and space is available.
