What if a suitable group isn't available yet?

We will contact you once we can form a suitable group.

What happens if my child misses a lesson?

Because each student's place is reserved in a small group class, missed lessons are normally non-refundable and cannot be credited if a student is unable to attend.

If BrightBridge cancels a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or the parent will receive a credit/refund.

Where possible, and at our discretion, we may allow a student to attend another suitable class if at least 12 hours' notice is provided and space is available.
